I give this location 5 stars all day!
This is the PG closest to my work, so I've become a regular since March 2019. I usually forget to check-in but I come here once a week usually (if not more!)
The dining room is always clean, they have never once gotten my order wrong (my sandwiches come with a laundry list of special requests so this is surprising & awesome), and my food is always super good, which is why I go back.
Excellent location! I love Papa Ginos anyway, but I have been to some that just weren't performing well. This one is aces!
Note: I can not speak to the delivery service, I have only ever picked up my orders here. Just FYI. -

This is the greatest place to eat. They never ever screw up my food. It tastes fresh always. The crust is so chewy. The sauce accents the pizza. We order tuna subs for the youngest all the time. They won't eat tuna anywhere but at Papa Gino's. I've never had a bad meal at papa ginos in 27 years!!!
Great service by the workers always!!!

This location is a dog. First time, it took 2 hours on a Thursday evening to get my pizza delivered. We called and they said there was a problem with delivery drivers. Our home is only 10 minutes away and the excuses were lame. Next time, they lost my phone order and upon arrival learned there was no pizza order for me. I was furious to say the least. I'm done with this location, done with the ineptness and failure to provide reasonable service. I told them manager he lost my business as a loyal patron of Papa Gino's. No more Milford Papa Gino's for me.

I ordered online a large pizza, small bread stick and a small steak and cheese. The pizza and bread stick with French fries was delivered! I DID NOT ORDER FRENCH FRIES! I called back and told them that fries came instead of the steak and cheese. I was told that a new steak and cheese would be made and sent out right away and that I would get my money back for the sandwich. When the delivery came back my sandwich was cold, dismantled and had been opened. I was SO DISAPPOINTED!

though my fiance always comes home with a colorful story* about his pick up experience, the food has always been correct, well-prepared, and fresh. we don't always choose papa gino's for pizza, as there are some very good local options, it is our go-to when we want something relatively inexpensive, and relatively quick.
*for instance, today the woman in front of him was sent away with an empty box that was supposed to have breadsticks or something similar. also, when he arrived to pick up our online order, he was informed it had already been picked up... when obviously it hadn't. they correct errors quickly and apologetically, but you do need to keep an eye out.
